• 2 cup Onion chopped

• 1 cup Green pepper chopped
• 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped
• 1 tablespoon Thyme
• 1/2 teaspoon Basil
• 3 each Bay leaf
• 1 can Tomato sauce
• 23 fluid oz Chicken Stock
• 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
• 4 slices Lemon
• 2 tablespoon Cajun spice mix
• Parsley chopped
• 1 cup Green onion chopped
• Rice cooked
