• 1-pound box of lasagna noodles, cooked per package instructions
• 1 pound ricotta cheese
• 8 ounces shredded cheese (Mexican blend or mozzarella or both!)
• 1 egg, beaten
• Additional shredded or grated cheese for topping, if desired
