Ingredients

• ½ cup (125 mL) GAY LEA - Bakers Gold, at room tempurature
• 1/3 cup (75 mL) brown sugar, packed
• 1/3 cup (75 mL) granulated sugar
• ¼ tsp (1 mL) salt
• 1 egg
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 ¾ cups (425 mL) all purpose flour, sifted
• ¾ cup (175 mL) GAY LEA - Bakers Gold
• 1 cup (250 mL) brown sugar, packed
• ½ cup (125 mL) maple syrup
• ¼ cup (60 mL) corn syrup
• ½ tsp (2 mL) sea salt
• 3 ½ cups (875 mL) whole pecans
• ¼ cup (60 mL) 35% whipping cream
• ¼ cup (60 mL) bourbon
