• 2 cups thinly sliced yellow onion
• 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
• 1 1/2 cups 1/4" diced heirloom tomatoes
• 2 teaspoons finely diced garlic
• 1 Cup Cacique® Crema Salvadoreña
• 2 teaspoons diced fresh red Fresno chilies
