• 1 Medium Red onion
• 1 Medium Tomato
• 8 Kaiser rolls, sliced in half
• 1/4 c. Dijon mustard (to taste)
• 2 c. Fresh Spinach leaves (to taste)
• 1/2 c. Blue cheese dressing (to taste)
