Curry Beef Rice Dutch Oven Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 lb hamburger
• 1 medium onion
• 1 apple
• 1 pear
• 1 16oz can diced tomatoes, with juice.
• 1 cup regular uncooked rice
• 1 1/2 Tbsp curry powder
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 1/2 cup water
• 2 tsp instant beef bouillon
• 2 Tbsp chopped peanuts or cashews (optional)
