Ingredients

• 1 green onion, finely chopped
• 3 garlic cloves, chopped
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
• 7 oz (200 g) lean ground beef
• 1/2 tsp dried oregano
• 2 cups (60 g) spinach, chopped
• 6 tbsp (50 g) feta cheese, crumbled
• 1 egg
• 3 sheets of phyllo dough
• 1/4 cup (55 g) butter, melted
