Stew of baby potatoes | The Happy Chef

Ingredients

• 50-70 ml sunflower oil
• 3 onions
• 1-2 carrots
• 1 head of garlic
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 cube vegetable broth
• 5-6 tomatoes or 1/2 jar ( 400 g) canned tomatoes
• 1-1.5 kg baby potatoes
• salt
• mint
• parsley
• 1-2 tbsp of flour to thicken (optional)
