- 2 onions
- 2 celery sticks
- 4 large carrots
- 3 medium potatoes
- 10 dried apricots
- 2 cloves of garlic
- A splash of olive oil
- 250g beef chunks
- 2 large sprigs of rosemary
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tsp paprika
- 3 tsp garam masala
- 1 tin of haricot beans
- 1 tin of tomatoes
- 500ml hot water (or enough to cover contents of pot)
