Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons (45 ml) olive oil
• 3 tablespoons (45 ml) dried cranberries, chopped
• 2 tablespoons (30 ml) lime juice
• 2 teaspoons (10 ml) honey
• 1 teaspoon (5 ml) seeded and finely chopped jalapeño pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) Dijon mustard
• 1 head Boston lettuce, shredded
• 1 Asian pear, peeled, seeded and thinly sliced
• 1 avocado, peeled and thinly sliced at the last moment
