Pizza Twist Bread

Ingredients

• 1 cup water (warmed to 120-130°F)
• 1 large egg
• 1 (0.25oz) package (7g) or 2 1/4 teaspoons Red Star Active Dry Yeast
• 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup semolina flour
• 3 cups bread flour
• 1 teaspoon table salt
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 3 ounces sun-dried tomatoes (the ones in a bag, like dried plums, chopped)
• 6 ounces shredded cheese (See note)
• 1 tablespoon dried oregano
