• 7g dried yeast

• 1 tbsp olive oil

• 500g beef mince
• 1 carrot, finely diced
• 1 stick celery, finely diced
• 1 onion, finely diced
• 1 tbsp tomato puree
• 250ml red wine
• 200g chopped tomatoes
• 500ml beef stock
• 2 sprigs basil
