FIVE A DAY PASTA SAUCE (PLUS) RECIPE

Ingredients

• 2 courgettes - grated
• 2 large carrots – peeled and grated
• 1 large onion – chopped finely
• 1 red pepper - grated
• 3 sticks of celery - grated
• 3 cloves of garlic – crusted and chopped finely
• 2 tins of chopped tomatoes
• ½ tube tomato puree
• 1 handful of chopped fresh oregano
• Black pepper
• Salt
• Olive oil
