- veggie/ olive oil
- pinch of salt
- 1 tinned chopped tomatoes
- tomaotoe puree (optional)
- 1 garlic - peeled and sliced
- 1 onion finely sliced
- loads of green chillies - sliced
- corriander - finely chopped
- and 1 tb spoon of chillie powder for that extra kick!!! (optional)
