• 2 carrots
• 2 celery stalks
• 1 clove garlic
• 2 cups (500 ml) long grain rice
• 3 cups (750 ml) chicken broth
• 2 cups (500 ml) cooked chicken, diced
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) orange sauce
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) flat parsley, chopped
• Grated zest of 1 orange
