Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon cornmeal
• 1 ball of whole wheat pizza dough
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
• 1/4 medium red onion (sliced)
• 1 large tomato (sliced)
• 1 cup lump crab meat
• 1 garlic clove (minced)
• 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
• 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
• 1/2 ear of fresh corn (cooked and sliced off the ear)
• 1-2 tablespoons hot sauce (or to taste)
• Parsley (garnish)
