• 1/4 cup butter, chopped finely
• 1 large egg
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
• 1-1/2 cups white whole wheat flour
• 1-1/2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
• 2 teaspoons bread machine or instant yeast
• 1 cup raisins sprinkled with a few drops of orange or lemon oil
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 2 tablespoons rum or 2 teaspoons rum extract
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2+ tablespoons heavy cream
