Laal Chicken Masala recipe by Mubina

Ingredients

• 8-10 dry Red chilies
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
• 2 small pieces of Mace
• 5 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) or oil
• 2 red chilies
• 4 cloves
• 6 green cardamoms
• 2 black cardamoms
• 3 bay leaves
• 2 cinnamon sticks
• 2 tablespoon garlic
• 1 tablespoon ginger
• 1 large chopped onion
• 1 chicken
• 1 tablespoon Kashmiri chili powder
• 1 cup yogurt
• Salt to taste
• ½ lemon
