Ingredients

• -1 kg chicken
• -100ml oil
• -4 cinnamon sticks
• -¼ teaspoon mustard seeds
• -¼ teaspoon cumin seeds
• -2 to 3 tablespoon Rajah curry powder
• -½ teaspoon salt
• - ½ teaspoon cumin ground seeds
• -1 cup pink dhal/ lentils or tin dhal
• -1 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste
• -1 onion
• -2 tomatoes
• -2 springs of curry leaves
• -¼ bunch coriander leaves with stems
