Mac and Cheese with Crispy Breadcrumbs Recipe - Bakers Delight

Ingredients

• 375g pack of dried macaroni
• 50g unsalted butter
• 50g plain flour
• 3½ cups of milk
• 1 cup of tasty cheese, grated
• 1 cup of Gruyere cheese, grated
• 4 slices of streaky bacon, diced into 1 cm pieces and fried until crispy
• 4 spring onions finely sliced
• 1 tbsp salt flakes
• Cracked black pepper
• 2 thick slices of stale bread, made into breadcrumbs
• 4 tbsp butter, melted
