Ingredients

• 2 lb. boneless lamb cut in 1 in. cubes.
• 1 cup water
• 1 small onion chopped
• 1 green pepper cut in 1 in. squares
• 1/2 cup flour
• ½ teaspoon or salt to test
• 1/4 pepper
• 2 table spoon cooking oil
• 1/4 teaspoon mace
• 1 cup thinly sliced celery
