- 4 Rashers streaky bacon, chopped
- 1 Bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 600ml chicken or vegetable stock
- 2 tbsp Yutaka white miso paste
- Spring onions, chopped (for garnish)
