• 15 mL Vegetable Oil
• 2 onions diced
• 5 mL mild curry powder
• If you like spicy then use a strong curry
• 2 litres chicken stock use cubes or powder or make your own
• 240 mL diced celery
• 240 mL diced carrots you can use frozen
• 2 chicken breasts diced
• 240 mL mayonnaise
• 480 mL cooked rice
