Bacon Wrapped Tuna Bites - Clover Leaf
This hors d’oeuvre coats our delicious tuna in a protective layer of bacon to keep moisture in and slathers the tuna with that baconness.

- 2 cans (170g each) CLOVER LEAF® Flaked White Albacore Tuna in Water, drained
- 1 Egg, large
- 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp Chives, chopped
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise, reduced fat
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp Thyme, minced
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- ⅛ tsp White pepper
- 5 slices Turkey bacon
- 18-20 Toothpicks
- ¼ cup Sour cream, reduced fat
- 2 tbsp Prepared horseradish
- 2 tsp Chives, chopped
