• -1/4 Tsp. of salt
• -1/4 Tsp. of pepper
• -3/4 cup of Spicy Buffalo Sauce for basting (Recipe Below)
• -2 Tbls. of butter –
• 6 cloves of garlic chopped
• -1 Tbls.of soy sauce
• -1 Tbls.of lemon juice
• -1/2 cup of honey
• -2 Tbs. of brown sugar
• -1&1/2 cup of water
• 1/4 cup of hot sauce
• -1 cup of Blue Cheese
• -1/4 cup of mayonnaise
• -1/4 cup of sour cream
• -1 to 2 Tbs. of milk
• -1 cup chopped celery
• -Lettuce and Tomatoes for topping
• -6 Bakery Rolls
