• 1 small Zucchini, diced
• 1 small Yellow squash, diced
• 1 cup Half & half
• 2 Eggs
• 2/3 cup Gruyere cheese, shredded
• 3 tbsp Basil pesto
• 1 tbsp Cornstarch
• Salt, to taste
• Black pepper, to taste
• 1 1⁄2 cup All-purpose flour
• 6 tbsp Shortening
• 3 tbsp Powdered sugar
• 3 tbsp Butter
• 6 tsp Cold water
