- 260ml soya milk, at room temperature, plus extra for brushing
- 50g vegan butter, melted
- 100g blanched hazelnuts
- 50g 70% dark chocolate, broken up
- 4 tbsp golden syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp espresso powder
- pinch of salt
- 90g ground almonds
- 70g icing sugar
- 40ml golden syrup
- ½ tsp almond extract
- 200g icing sugar, sifted
- 2 tbsp soya milk, plus extra if needed
