- Chipotle Powder, 1 Teaspoon
- Cooking oil (can use additional grapeseed oil here if desired), 1 Tablespoon
- Kosher salt, plus additional to taste, 0.5 Teaspoon
- Ground Cumin, 0.5 Tablespoon
- Dried Oregano, 1 Teaspoon
- Ground Coriander, 1 Teaspoon
- Paprika, 0.5 Teaspoon
- Cayenne, 0.5 Teaspoon
- Tomato paste, 2 Tablespoons
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Stock
- 12 Small Flour or Corn tortillas
- 1 Avocado, sliced thin
- Thinly sliced Radishes, 0.5 Cup
