• 8 green horn peppers
• 8.8 oz (250 gr) grated sheep's cheese (feta)
• 7.1 oz (200 gr) grated kefalotiri (hard cheese made from sheep's and goat's milk)
• 10 pitless olives, sliced
• ¼ cup olive oil
• 4 tomatoes
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp pepper
