Global Table Adventure

Ingredients

• 6 eggs , separated
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 Tbsp baking powder
• pinch salt
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2/3 cup milk
• 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk (12 fl. oz can)
• 1/2 cup coconut milk (5.5 oz can)
• 1 cup sweetened condensed milk (or heavy cream)
• 1 shot rum
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/4-1/2 cup shredded coconut , toasted
• maraschino cherries , or other fruit, as desired
