• 300 g tender steaks, cut into thin slices
• 2 cups colored bell peppers, cut into strips
• 1 onion, sliced
• ¼ cups fresh coriander, chopped
• salt and pepper to taste (salt lighty at the end if required)
• 1 tbsp paprika powder powder
• 1 tbsp ground coriander
• 1 tbsp ground cumin
• 1 tbsp garlic powder
• 2 tbsp light soy sauce
• 8 tortillas
• 1 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
