• 4 ½ cups (1000 ml) all purpose flour, sifted (plus extra for dusting)
• 1 tbsp salt
• 1 cup (250 ml) unsalted butter, chilled
• 2/3 (150 ml) cups ice cold water
• 3 eggs, 1 set aside for assembly
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) of white vinegar
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) water
