Ingredients

• 3/4 pound beef, ground, 90% lean
• 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
• 1/2 onion, chopped
• 1/2 cup celery, chopped
• 2/3 cup beans, kidney, drained and rinsed
• 1/2 cup corn, frozen, thawed and drained
• 1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
• 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
• 1 dash black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 2 teaspoons chili powder
