Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups flour; 1/2 cup sugar; 1/4 teaspoon baking soda; 1/2 teaspoon baking powder; 125 gr butter (soft); 1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence; 1 large egg; 2 lemons (zest retained); 1 teaspoon lemon juice; 1/2 cup soft butter; 1 cup icing sugar; lemon zest from two lemons; squeeze lemon juice
