Hariyali Chicken - coriander chicken curry - The Intercultural Kitchen

Ingredients

• 400 g chicken breast chopped into 2 inch pieces
• 2 tbsp plain yoghurt
• 1 tsp salt
• 40 g cashew nuts
• 100 ml hot water
• 1 bunch of coriander
• 2 green chilis
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• 1/2 onion sliced
• 2 tsp garlic ginger paste
• 1 tbsp coriander powder
• 1 tsp garam masala
• 1 tsp white pepper powder
• 2 tbsp cream
• salt to taste
