Savoury Maple Bacon Monkey Bread - Manitoba Pork

Ingredients

• 4 cups / 1L all-purpose flour, divided
• 1/3 cup / 80 mL granulated sugar
• 2 ¼ tsp / 12 mL instant yeast
• ½ tsp / 2 mL salt
• 1 cup / 250 mL milk
• 1/3 cup / 80 mL butter, room temperature
• 2 eggs, room temperature
• 1-375 g pkg bacon, cooked crisp, drained and coarsely chopped
• 2/3 cup / 160 mL packed brown sugar
• 1 Tbsp / 15 mL dried rosemary leaves
• ¼ tsp / 1 mL ground black pepper
• ¼ cup / 50 mL unsalted butter
• ¼ cup / 50 mL pure maple syrup
