• ½ c shredded Pepper Jack, Monterey Jack, or Colby cheese
• 16 corn tortillas
• ¼ c flour
• 4 cloves of garlic
• 1 small onion
• ¼ tsp pepper
• few cranks of black pepper
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1 tsp salt
• ¼ c whole milk
