- 105ml water
- a small pinch of salt
- 50g plain flour, sifted
- 1 large egg and 1 egg yolk, beaten
- 350ml double cream
- 60g cookie butter
- 200g royal icing sugar
- 1 egg white
- pink food colouring
- 50g multi-coloured sprinkles
