- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 30ml whole milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 200g dark chocolate, 54%
- 175g double cream
- 25g light brown sugar
- 25g unsalted butter
- Pinch of sea salt
- 75g royal icing sugar
- 15g pasteurised egg white
- Black gel food colouring
- 200g white fondant
- 200g pastel pink fondant
- 25g pastel yellow fondant
- 25g red fondant
- cornflour, for dusting
- edible glue
- 10g dark chocolate modelling chocolate or brown fondant
