• Juice and Zest of 2 Oranges
• Red Wine 350ml
• Ready-mixed Mulled Wine Spices 1 bag
• Ground Cinnamon 1 tsp
• Mixed Spice ½ tsp
• Vegetable Oil 60ml (4 tbsp)
• TOPPING:
• Blanched Almonds 100g
• Orange juice 30ml (2 tbsp)
• Redcurrant Jelly 2 tbsp
• Icing Sugar 100g
• Water 30-40ml (2-3 tbsp)
