Chicken and Corn Chowder

Ingredients

• 6 strips bacon
• 3 potatoes (peeled and cubed)
• 3 stalks celery (roughly chopped)
• 1 onion (roughly chopped)
• 1 tsp minced garlic
• 5 cups chicken stock
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1/4-1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (depending on how hot you want it)
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 1 cup cooked (shredded chicken)
• 1 cup frozen or canned corn
• 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• Shredded cheddar cheese and parsley for topping
