Ingredients

• 150g of egg, (approx. 3 eggs)
• 250g of sugar
• 100g of vegetable oil
• 225g of Greek yoghurt
• 2g of sea salt
• 180g of plain flour
• 8g of baking powder
• 1 punnet of strawberries
• 2 tbsp of icing sugar
• 1/2 lemon, juiced
• 125g of double cream
• 60g of sugar
• 1 vanilla pod, split and seeds scraped
• 200g of Greek yoghurt, whisked to loosen
• 100g of pistachio nuts, shelled
• 20g of balsamic vinegar
