• Coconut Curry Sauce,
• 2 cups coconut milk
• 1 tblsp Thai curry paste
• 2 tsp curry powder
• 2 tsp minced fresh ginger
• Dash cayenne pepper
• 500 gm boneless skinless chicken tight, cut into small pieces
• 2 tblsp cooking oil
• 1tsp garlic, minced
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 2 green chili, sliced
• 2thai chili(red)
• Salt to taste
• 1 tblsp curry powder
• 1.5 tblsp peanut butter
• 1 cinnamon stick
• Chopped fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish
• Lime wedges, for serving
