• Brush with:
• 2 tbsp garlic olive oil
• 1 tsp dried thyme
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1 tsp salt
• Dipping Sauce:
• 3 tbsp mayo
• 1 tsp water
• 1 tsp olive oil
• 1 tap chilli flakes
• 2 tbsp fresh chopped dill
