• 4 bundles of Hakubaku soba noodles (1 and a third packs)
• 1 tsp minced garlic
• 1 tbsp finely chopped ginger
• 1 thai chili finely chopped
• 1/4 cup low sodium soya sauce
• 1 tbsp mirin
• 1 tbsp rice vinegar
• 2 tbsp sesame oil
• 1/2 cup sliced green onion
• 24 cooked shrimp
• 4 tbsp black sesame seeds
• 4 tbsp cilantro
