Dpc Green Chili

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup Flour
• 1 large Onion diced
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 2 tablespoons Garlic chopped
• 4 tablespoons Cumin Seed ground
• 4 tablespoons Coriander ground
• 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
• 2 teaspoons Black pepper ground
• 2 quarts Chicken broth low sodium
• 3 4-oz cans Diced Green Chilis
• 1 4-oz can Diced Jalapeno peppers
• 1 14-oz can Diced Tomatoes juice and all
• 2 tablespoons Cilantro dried, chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon Salt or to taste
