- 2 ripe avocados
- 8 basil leaves
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 12 cherry or grape tomatoes (sliced in half)
- 10 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- Shaved Parmesan (for serving)
