The Front Porch in Dickson: Cornbread Dressing

Ingredients

• One 9x13 pan of cornbread
• 2 cups onion-finely chopped
• 1 cup celery-finely chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
• 1 1/2 teaspoons dried sage or 2 tablespoons chopped fresh sage
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 4 to 5 cups chicken stock
