• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup butter,
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/3 cup sour cream
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 2 cups flour
• 96 gm (3.4 oz) pkg banana cream instant pudding
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 cup whipped topping
• 1-2 bananas, sliced
• extra gingersnap crumbs for garnish
