• Several good twists of a pepper mill
• 6 sesame seed Kaiser or burger rolls, split and lightly toasted
• Mayonnaise, Hellmann’s or Best Foods preferred
• Iceberg lettuce
• 7 ounces anchovies, drained and chopped
• 2 tablespoons fresh white breadcrumbs
• 5-1/2 ounces butter, room temperature
• 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• Pinch ground cinnamon
• Pinch ground nutmeg
• Pinch ground mace
• Pinch ground ginger
• Pinch freshly ground pepper
